Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure alternative box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return back to our warehouse.
